This is the department that makes our reputation. We concentrate our sales efforts on Zululand because we can service local customers and because we hope to build lasting relationships.
It is in service that we build those relationships and this is why a very large part of the R200 000 we spend annually on training is spent on our technicians and service advisors. And it is why we have segmented our workshop by brand to understand the different technical complexities.
Our service department has been recognised on many occassions, the proudest of which was when our manager Zybrand Dippenaar was awarded service manager of the year, two years running for 2015 and 2016.
